RE/MAX Marketing Fee. (Upfront)

Our marketing fee includes:

  • Eye-catching sale board
  • Office and Reginal Website
  • Portal exposure-Rightmove, Zoopla etc
  • Schedules
  • Professional Photos
  • Local letter / flyer marketing on your home

...and most importantly your OWN property video...a 'must have' in order to maximise the value of your home.

Without a property video - you will be at a huge disadvantage - a property video will attract on average four times the buyers - that's why it's a RE/MAX standard.

My Commission Fee. (When your property is sold)

My fee includes:

  • Social media Campaigns on Facebook & Google
  • Weekly breakdown and analysis of the above reports
  • Digital Marketing:
    • The time involved in creating and implementing an effective marketing strategy
    • The amount spent on your social media campaign
  • Create a 360 degree virtual tour for your property
  • Photography and video of your home

  • I design & create a professional pdf brochure
  • I provide personal accompanied viewings
  • I manage the offers and buyers personally. I will negotiate the best price for your home
  • Liaise with buyers via phone, email, texting and face to face meetings
  • Weekly feedback on your offers and any progress reports
  • All the paperwork relating to the sale of your property

The average time span a property is on the market within East Renfrewshire is...

My commission fee is dependant on when I sell your property. When I sell it between:
    • Day 1 to week three is 2%
    • Week three- six is 1.75%
    • Week six-nine is 1.5%
    • Week nine- sixteen is 1.25%


The more I spend on Digital Marketing for your property, the better the opportunity to find the buyer willing to purchase your property for at least the Home Report Valuation price. That is my goal and thats why the incentive of the 2% commission fee is in place. This obviously depends on the seller's timeline for successfully completing the sale.

It's important to appreciate that the higher commission I charge is more than offset by the higher price that I will obtain for you. A skilled negotiator working with both the seller and the buyer, is critical to achieve the maximum possible price.

I would be concerned about listing with an estate agent - charging a low fee- not only can they not provide a proper service at that level, there is the potential risk that they may have to reduce your asking price due to the lack of interest in your property.

Every estate agent has overheads, they are in business to make money. If they do not have the necessary resources to market your property, you will not get the best possible price. The adage: You need to "Speculate to Accumulate" rings true.
