Loch Lomond and Glengoyne Whisky Distillerey

Loch Lomond is a spectacular loch, the largest expanse of freshwater in Great Britain, home to over 30 islands. The Highland Boundary Fault surges right through it, making it a literal gateway to the Highlands. It's at the heart of the much larger Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park .

Let us take you around one of the most picturesque whisky distilleries in Scotland as well as venturing into the Highlands. Namely The Trossachs National Park which includes the stunning Loch Lomond.

Famous for its stunning scenery; the national park offers mountains, lochs, forests and glens across 1,865 square km. There's so much to see and do in the area, it's well worth making repeat visits.

We do things differently at Glengoyne. We take you closer to the journey, further into the detail, and deeper into the complexity of our spirit. You’ll learn a lot about whisky here, and you’ll have a lot of fun while you’re at it.

We’re just under 40 minutes from Glasgow too – although you wouldn’t guess it from the views of the hills and the hidden glen.
