Yes...The Home Report is now a legal requirement in the selling of most homes. It is commissioned by the Seller and provides information relating to the condition and value of the property.

The Home Report is comprised of 3 components:

• The Single Survey: information about the value and condition of the home.
• The Property Questionnaire: completed by the Seller, it provides a summary of important information
• The Energy Report: this will show the home's energy efficiency rating
